CLP praktiline koolitus Tallinnas

EKTL organiseerib 17-20 märts Tallinnas 3-päevase CLP (kemikaalide klassifitseerimise, pakendamise ja märgistamise) koolituse. Tegemist on praktilise ehk reaalsete ülessannete lahendamisele orienteeritud koolitusega. Lektoriks on pädev konsultant välismaalt ning töö toimub inglise keeles. 

Koolituse esimene päev on sissejuhatav algajaile, sobiv ka edasijõudnutele meeldetuletuseks ja teemasse sisseelamiseks:

Esialgne päevakava:

Day 1 – CLP Basics for Beginners

30 minutes Registration and introduction of the participants.

  • 90 minutes Chemical legislation around the world including the European Union.
  • Exercise 1 - A quick fire quiz on chemical legislation.

15 minutes Coffee Break

  • 45 minutes GHS and the CLP Regulation – Classifying chemical substances and mixtures.
  • Chemical legislation in the European Union.
  • Exercise 2 – Classifying chemical substances and mixtures under the Dangerous Preparations Directive and the Classification, Labelling and Packaging Regulation.
  • 45 minutes Safety data sheets, labels and packaging and their role in the supply chain.
  • Exercise 3– Labelling chemical substances and mixtures under the Classification, Labelling and Packaging Regulation plus the impact of pack size.
  • 45 minutes Feedback and questions for the next two days.

 

Day 2 – CLP for Beginners and Experienced People

30 minutes Registration and introduction of the participants plus the aspirations and objectives of the participants for the training course.

  • 60 minutes Understanding principles classification of substances and a short review of chemical legislation around the world and in the European Union.
  • Exercise 1 – Classifying chemical substances and mixtures under the Dangerous Preparations Directive and the Classification, Labelling and Packaging Regulation.

15 minutes Coffee Break

  • 60 minutes Processes for classifying, labelling and packaging chemical substances and mixtures. Exercise 2 – Classifying chemical substances, mixtures and polymeric additives under the Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation.
  • Exercise 3– Labelling chemical substances and mixtures under CLP.
  • Exercise 4– Packaging chemical substances and mixtures under CLP.

60 minutes Lunch

  • 90 minutes What is the classification and labelling Inventory and how to use it to best effect.
  • Exercise 5 – Using the information in the classification and labelling inventory to classify chemical substances and mixtures.

15 minutes Coffee Break

  • 90 minutes What is harmonised classification and labelling, how to use it to best effect and how to notify a chemical substance.
  • Exercise 6 – Using the information in the CLP Regulation to classify chemical substances and mixtures and how to notify a chemical substance.
  • 45 minutes Feedback and questions.

 

Day 3 – CLP for Beginners and Experienced People

  • 90 minutes Poison Centre Notification Data Requirements and Responsibilities.
  • Exercise 7 – Using the information in the CLP Regulation to classify chemical substances and mixtures and how to notify a chemical substance.

15 minutes Coffee Break

  • 90 minutes Understanding of exposure scenarios.
  • Exercise 8 – Using the information in the CLP Regulation to classify chemical substances and mixtures and how to notify a chemical substance.

60 minutes Lunch

  • 90 minutes Review the processes for classifying, labelling and packaging chemical substances and mixtures under the CLP Regulation.
  • Exercise 9 – Classifying, labelling and packaging chemical substances and mixtures under the Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation and listing the responsibilities to the CLP Inventory and the Poison Information Centre.
  • 45 inutes Feedback and questions

 

Kolmepäevase koolituse tasu on 650 €. Osaleda on võimalik ka Liidu-välistel ettevõtetel.
