Seminar for Baltic States on Industrial Emissions Directive (IED)
Date: 2nd – 3rd February 2012
Place: Hotel "Clariton Hotel Euroopa" Tallinn, Estonia
Participants: representatives from Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian State Institutions. Special quests and speekers from Finland and European Comission.
Organizer: Baltic Environment Forum

Aims of the seminar:
- To inform stakeholders about the changes in the IPPC system introduced by IED and to present time frame of the changes;
- To discuss about stakeholders preparedness for changes;
- To share experience which actions shall be taken to be in compliance with IED requirements;
- To discuss how changes affect permitting of hazardous substances to the aquatic environment.
